YojaLift is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect: account information (name, email), profile data (age, sex, fitness goals, equipment), workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weights), payment information (processed by Stripe, Apple, or Google Play — we do not store card numbers), and usage data (device type, app interactions).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and personalize the Service, generate AI workout plans via Anthropic's Claude API (data is not used to train AI models), process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the Service.
4. Affiliate Links
Equipment recommendations may include affiliate links to Amazon Associates and Rogue Fitness. We may earn a commission on purchases. We do not sell your data to affiliate partners.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate YojaLift: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), Stripe/Apple/Google (payments), and Vercel (hosting). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your personal data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained up to 7 years per legal requirements.
7. Account Deletion
To delete your YojaLift account, open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account, then confirm. If you no longer have the app installed or need help, email info@chaddspeaklabs.com and we will process your request. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data — including your profile, workout logs, and progress history — within 30 days. Billing records are retained for up to 7 years as required by law and cannot be deleted before then.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage, and row-level security to protect your data. No method of storage is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
YojaLift is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us at info@chaddspeaklabs.com to report any such data.
10. Your Rights
You may access or correct your data at any time using the Profile screen. See Section 7 for how to delete your account and data. Email info@chaddspeaklabs.com for any other data requests.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating this page.
