1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using YojaLift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use YojaLift. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@chaddspeaklabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payment
YojaLift offers a free tier and paid subscriptions ($6.99/month or $49.99/year) with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through the Profile screen. Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple, or Google Play depending on your platform. Refunds are generally not available for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access unauthorized parts of the Service, reverse engineer the app, scrape data, create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits, or use the Service to develop a competing product.
6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
YojaLift does not provide medical advice. Workout plans and coaching are for general fitness purposes only. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised regularly. You assume all risks associated with physical activity. AI-generated plans may not be appropriate for every individual.
7. Affiliate Links
The Service may display equipment recommendations with affiliate links to Amazon and Rogue Fitness. We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you.
8. Intellectual Property
YojaLift and its content are owned by Chadds Peak Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of your workout data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated plans will be suitable for your individual needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YojaLift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding any claim, or $100 USD.
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, not in court. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email and in-app notice.
